Registration fees for all but Accompanying persons and Students include the entrance to the scientific program sessions, the Symposium proceedings (book and cd), technical excursion (including lunch), lunches and coffee breaks, reception cocktail and gala dinner.

Registration fees for Acompanying persons include a three-day program of tours and visits, technical excursion (including lunch), lunches, reception cocktail and gala dinner.

Cancellation policy: Registration fees will be refunded in case of cancellations before September 15. Thereafter, cancellations will only be permitted under special circumstances and, in any case, a 60 euros cancellation fee will be applied
