Important deadlines for individual authors:

If you are under 30 at the end of 2009 and also the primary contributor of the paper, and you want to apply for the 7th IASS Hangai Prize, please follow the instructions in http://hangai-prize.iis.u-tokyo.ac.jp/application/index.html, and submit your paper to the Hangai Prize Organizers no later than 31 March 2009.

1. Please upload your manuscripts electronically to the Symposium website www.iassvalencia2009.com > authors > submission > manuscripts, or submit them as attachments to an e-mail to secretariat@iassvalencia2009.com no later than 15 May 2009 (even if you have applied for the Hangai Prize).
2. Register early to obtain a reduced fee by 15 July 2009.
3. A further reduced fee is applied to IASS members. If you are not a member of IASS, we suggest you to join the association to get the benefit. Please, visit http://www.iass-structures.org/index.cfm/page/benefits.htm for further information.

The Proceedings of the IASS Symposium 2009 will be issued as a single work with ISBN number, consisting of a book including the two-page abstracts and a CD with the full papers, and will be available at the time of the Symposium. Please, note that only contributions of registered authors will be included in the proceedings.

Notification of paper acceptance is due on June 30, 2009.
